How can I change my cell phone number?

Sometime, we get a new cell phone number, please fill the new cell phone number as these steps:

1.Open the url http://www.cutesignal.com/paygate/

2.Login by username and password which you created while ordering our service;

3.Click [account] session;

4.Fill the new cell phone number, you can press button[SMS test] to test wether you can receive or not.
